Nancy Folbre: Seminar & Talk

9 September 2024Nancy Folbre will give a seminar on her manuscript-in-progress “Accounting for Care,” as well as public talk, entitled “Valuing Care: Time, Money, and Capabilities.” Both events will be in person at the Revaluing Care Lab at the FHI in Smith Warehouse, Bay 4, C106.
Please join the Revaluing Care Lab at the FHI for two days of events with the feminist economist Nancy Folbre. Focusing on care economies, Folbre is author of six books and countless articles on how we might revalue care and change the current economic system.
On September 25, from 4:40 to 7:10 pm, Folbre will discuss, over a seminar and a dinner, her manuscript-in-progress, Accounting for Care in Jocelyn Olcott’s graduate seminar “The Political Economy of Care.”
